Penha Bus Company was founded in São Paulo in 1960. Bought by Wilson Joseph Piccoli in the 60s, the company succeeded after opening the route connecting Curitiba to Santos, destination that has been offered by Penha until today. Nowadays, the company belongs to Comporte group.

Ahead when it comes to customer service, the company operates on interstate lines to the South, Southeast and northeast of Brazil, on routes to Rio Grande do Sul, Rio de Janeiro, Santa Catarina, Paraná, São Paulo, Pernambuco and Bahia. Penha Bus Company also operates in Joinville, Vitória da Conquista, São José dos Campos, Caxias do Sul and other important locations.
